Current Open Positions for 2012

The Executive Board of the Southeast Massachusetts Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club is currently seeking people who are interested in these following positions:

1. Bicycling Committee Chair
2. Vice Communications Chair

Bicycling Committee Chair
The SEM Chapter is looking for a dedicated person to run our Bicycling committee. This position includes running planning meetings, attending monthly Executive Board Meetings and other various Chair responsibilities. Bicycling Chair Functions and Responsibilities

Vice Communications Chair
Attend executive board meetings to watch and learn, help the Communications Chair publish the Breeze and oversee the chapter website for a year. Then take over as Communications Chair and oversee a wonderful staff of webmasters, editors, and proofreaders to help you! Contact the Communications Chair.

Volunteer Opportunities: Southeast Mass (SEM)
Curious about the inner workings of your chapter? Volunteer to help on the Executive Committee! Have technical skills? Volunteer to help with our chapter website! Have writing or editing skills? Volunteer to help us publish our chapter newsletter, The Breeze! Like kids? Volunteer for our CYP program! Want to get out more? Volunteer to lead a hike, bike, or paddle! The SEM chapter has lots of volunteer positions open. Please contact the chair@amcsem.org  if you'd like to get more involved with your chapter.
