Scholarship Application
I, ______________________________________ , would like to request a scholarship for the amount of___________________ , to attend the following event:

I understand that I am expected to reimburse the chapter through activities including but not limited to the leading of trips, the running of seminars, or other items of direct benefit to the members of the Southeastern Massachusetts Chapter. All scholarships will be awarded in the form of partial reimbursement for the event after it has taken place. All applications will be submitted to the chapter chair and approved by a majority vote of the Executive Board at one of the monthly meetings.

I understand that my scholarship application will be held by the chapter chair and considered by the executive board only after I have completed the requirements to become an activity leader and have been approved as a leader by the activity committee chair. |
